Terms & Conditions – Registration & Commitment Policy

1. Registration Policy

  • Registration is only confirmed after full payment is completed, or according to the center’s approved payment plan.
  • Seats are not reserved until the payment process is successfully completed.
  • All paid fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, whether you attend, miss, or change your mind.
  • The management has the right to cancel any registration if the trainee does not follow the center’s rules, without refund.

2. Payment Policy

The center offers multiple payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Bank transfer
  • Mada (Network)

Important Notes:

  • If you choose to pay through Tamara or Tabi, you must follow their terms and conditions.
  • The center is not responsible for any late fees or financial issues caused by the payment provider.
  • If the payment provider rejects the transaction, the registration is not confirmed.

3. Absence & Postponement Policy

  • No refund is given after payment for any reason.
  • A postponement request may be considered only once, depending on seat availability in future courses.
  • If you do not attend without prior notice, you lose your right to request postponement.

4. Attendance & Discipline Policy

  • Arriving on time is essential to fully benefit from the training program.
  • Missed parts due to lateness or absence will not be compensated.

5. Conduct Inside Training Halls

  • Be polite and respectful to other trainees and staff.
  • Any behavior that disrupts the training environment is not allowed.

6. Photography & Privacy Policy

  • The center may take photos or videos during training for documentation purposes and may share them on official platforms and social media.
  • If you do not wish to appear in any media, you must inform the management in writing before the course starts.

7. Certificates Policy

  • A certificate of attendance is given after completing all course hours.
  • A certified certificate from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) is issued within 1 to 2 weeks after the course ends.
  • Certificates are uploaded to the “Manazel” platform after the course ends.
  • Any delay in certificate approval is the responsibility of the issuing authority, not the center.

8. Management Rights

  • The center may change course dates or training halls when needed.
  • The center may cancel or postpone a course if the minimum number of trainees is not met, and reschedule affected trainees.
  • Changes may be made in cases of emergencies or natural disasters.
